How to: Change the To Do List display.
Solution:
Change the gridlines by selecting the 'Tools' menu and selecting 'Options'. Change the width by selecting the 'View' menu and selecting 'Columns' then selecting 'Custom...'.
1) To turn gridlines on or off, do the following:
a) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'.
b) Click 'Display' tab.
Show/hide column gridlines
c) Select or clear the 'Show gridlines' check box.
d) Click 'OK'.
2) To change the column width, do the following:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Columns'. (A submenu appears.)
b) Select 'Custom...'. (The Columns dialog box appears.)
c) Select the column to change in the 'Show these columns' list box.
d) Type the desired width in the 'Width' box or click on the up or down arrow.
Change column width
e) Repeat steps 2)c) and 2)d) to until all the desired columns are changed.
f) Click 'OK'.
